Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website (tenwallslive.com) is operated for the artist Ten Walls.

The data controller for personal data processed through this website is:

Marijus Adomaitis
c/o UAB BOSO LINIJA
Fiziku g. 14-16
Vilnius 08448
Lithuania

For privacy enquiries, data access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, and other data-protection matters, contact: mgmt@tenwallslive.com.

Other public contact roles on this site (unchanged routing):

2. Information we collect

When you submit a Studio Service enquiry (Mixing, Mastering, or Track Pimping), we may collect the information you provide in the form. Depending on the service, this can include:

  • Name and email address
  • Artist / project name and track title
  • Project links (for example rough mix, stems, premaster, or track link)
  • Genre, references, deadline, label or release plans, and notes
  • For Track Pimping: what is missing, project stage, and DAW (where provided)

We do not ask for payment card details through these enquiry forms.

3. Studio Service enquiries

Studio Service enquiries submitted via Mixing, Mastering, or Track Pimping are stored privately in our website systems (WordPress backend) so we can review and manage them. They are not published as public posts.

A copy of the enquiry is also emailed to promo@runemark.net for review and follow-up communication.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your project enquiry and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract for studio services.

4. Website security

Studio enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect against automated abuse and to support legitimate submissions. Turnstile may process limited technical information as part of that security check. We do not store Turnstile challenge tokens with your enquiry record.

5. Rate limiting and security data

To help prevent abuse of the enquiry forms, limited technical information may be processed temporarily (for example to apply short-lived rate limits). Raw IP addresses are not stored in Studio enquiry records.

6. Booking enquiries

Formal booking requests on the Bookings page are handled through Gigwell, an external booking provider. Information you submit through the Gigwell form is processed by Gigwell under its own terms and privacy practices. That booking data is not stored in our Studio enquiry system.

Bookings & management contact: info@soundvision.es.

7. 1-on-1 scheduling

Links for 1-on-1 lesson scheduling may take you to TidyCal, an external scheduling service. When you follow those links, you leave tenwallslive.com and any information you provide is handled by TidyCal under its own terms.

8. YouTube and media

Before you choose to play a video, YouTube player resources are not loaded. Preview images for click-to-load video blocks are served from this website. After you choose to play a video, content is loaded from YouTube using privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie). YouTube / Google may then process data under their own terms. Outbound YouTube links elsewhere on the site also leave tenwallslive.com when you follow them.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party services such as Spotify, Beatport, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, Instagram, YouTube, TidyCal, and similar platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies. Following an outbound link does not cause us to embed their tracking on this site by default.

10. Hosting

This website is hosted through Namecheap (Namecheap, Inc.). Hosting providers may process technical data necessary to operate and secure the website.

11. Retention

For Studio Service enquiries that do not become an active project, we retain the information for up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact or interaction, for follow-up, project continuity, and commercial enquiry history.

For enquiries that become accepted or completed projects, information may be retained for as long as necessary to manage the service or project and afterwards where needed for applicable contractual, accounting, tax, or legal obligations.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure
  • Restrict processing
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability, where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, email mgmt@tenwallslive.com. We will respond in line with applicable law. Some requests may require us to verify your identity.

13. Complaints

If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority:

State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI)
Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija

L. Sapiegos str. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, Lithuania

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
